Client Requirements:

A secondary school is preparing for the end of term. A number of office moves is also underway, with a large quantity of confidential paper documents being produced as staff vacate and move offices.

Solution:

iData Destruction provides a One-Time Shredding Service with different types of containers to facilitate the process. Liasing with Office Staff and Caretakers, secure shredding sacks with ties are provided for documents stored in drawers, cabinets and cupboards. Wheelie bins are also provided for Caretaking Staff to use. The wheelie bins are moved easily between rooms where School Staff can quickly fill - with manual handling kept to a minimum.

Administration and certification are forwarded in electronic and hard copy to a single point. A dedicated Account Manager deals with all aspects from collection request, invoicing, certification and mass recording.
