Client Requirements:
A firm of solicitors with branches in various towns and cities, require a secure shredding solution for all its offices across the northwest. Issues raised include multiple office locations, confined access, limited space within offices, variable waste output and requests for centralised administration.
Solution:
Secure lockable consoles, colour coded to suit the individual offices are provided. Some offices have limited space so require under desk locking consoles, while others use standard 80ltr locking console. Other high waste output offices use 240ltr wheelie bins.
Administration and certification are forwarded in electronic and hard copy to a single point. A dedicated Account Manager deals with all aspects from collection request, invoicing, certification and mass recording.
